The latest patch, 28.2, unveils a captivating feature where Spells can now be directly acquired from the Tavern. Much like their minion counterparts, Spells come with Tavern Tiers, but with a unique twist – variable costs.
Picture this: a magical card frame within the Tavern, showcasing both the Cost and Tavern Tier of the Spells, adding an extra layer of strategy to the game. Patch 28.2 introduces a whopping 42 new spells across all six Tavern Tiers, promising an expanded and enchanting gameplay experience.
The intrigue deepens as players discover that each time they Refresh the Tavern, a spell of their Tier or lower will be included alongside the regular minion offerings. However, in a departure from the norm, similar to existing spells like Blood Gems and Triple Rewards, these magical incantations can't be tripled and are spent upon activation.
