11.1. If a dispute arises, parties shall attempt to resolve it amicably through negotiation within 30 days of a written notice. If negotiation fails, they will attempt mediation. If mediation fails, disputes may be finally resolved by arbitration (for example under ICC rules) or by the courts as chosen by the Operator.

12.1. The Operator reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
